We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) BDC Supervisor to support our sales team, help drive appointments, and assist in coaching a small team of reps. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who’s ready to grow into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day BDC operations (inbound/outbound leads)
- Help coach and motivate team members to improve performance
- Handle customer communication via phone, text, and email
- Assist with tracking appointments and follow-ups
- Step in on escalations and help ensure a great customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of automotive BDC, sales, or call center experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn leadership skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
