What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to hit and exceed monthly goals
- Desk deals to maximize front-end gross and closing ratios
- Enforce sales processes, follow-up discipline, and CRM usage
- Manage showroom traffic and TO customers when needed
- Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching
- Work closely with marketing and BDC to maximize lead conversion
- Oversee inventory presentation, pricing strategy, and aged unit movement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in RV, automotive, or high-ticket sales
- Strong desking and closing skills
- Track record of high volume + strong gross performance
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
- High energy, competitive mindset, and results-driven attitude
- CRM experience
What You’ll Earn
- $100,000 – $180,000+ annually (commission)
