Qualifications of Parts Manager:
- 1-2+ years of parts management experience required
- In depth knowledge of parts ordering procedures, receiving, and stocking
- Knowledge of computer systems used to order, receive, and charge out parts to invoicing workload and counter and shop sales
- Good interpersonal skills, organization, and managerial skills
Parts Manager Benefits:

Responsibilities of Parts Manager:
- Develop and implement parts sales, inventory plans, ensure profitable and efficient operation of department
- Train and direct all parts department employees
- Responsible for the accurate, timely processing of paperwork related to billing, invoicing, payroll, and other department documents
- Utilize the locations business workload to generate appropriate inventory orders that result in acceptable fill rates for the locations inventory and counter sales
