Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers and properly document all of their concerns and service needs.
- Generate accurate estimates of repair or maintenance for the customer's vehicle.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process of their dealership visit.
- Work with technicians and the parts department to ensure every customer's vehicle is completed in a timely manner.
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor; experience with Tekion a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
