Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Greet service customers and properly document all of their concerns and service needs.
Generate accurate estimates of repair or maintenance for the customer's vehicle.
Keep customers informed throughout the process of their dealership visit.
Work with technicians and the parts department to ensure every customer's vehicle is completed in a timely manner.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor; experience with Tekion a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
