This is an amazing opportunity for a strong, proven leader who can take a service department to the next level! The Service Leader will own and be responsible for the full departmental operations. You must be prepared to own the guest experience, take lead in driving our large used vehicle reconning department and deliver results. We will consider applicants who are people focused with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The applicant must also be organized, detail oriented and driven with the ability to maximize profits. Responsibilities

- Work with departmental leaders and their teams
- Establish plans, and execute on process
- Review and confirm closed RO's for correct postings
- Inspect Recon Vehicles and complete estimates to make build decisions with the Store Manager
- Verify and approve all time tickets, flat and hourly employees
- Verify and approve all payable statements prior to submission to the accounting department
- Close and finalize Recon Orders and assure correct postings prior to submission
- Oversee and control and verify all processes are being followed by the following:
- Customer Service Advisers
- Data Entry Person
- Inventory Manager
- Detail Shop Manager
- Technicians
- Porters
- Detailers
- Photographer
- Review and confirm closed RO's for correct postings
- Inspect Recon Vehicles and complete estimates to make build decisions with the Store Manager
- Verify and approve all time tickets, flat and hourly employees
- Verify and approve all payable statements prior to submission to the accounting department
- Close and finalize Recon Orders and assure correct postings prior to submission
Minimum Qualifications:
- Car Dealership: 5 years (Required)
- Service Manager: 5 yeas (Required)
- Automotive Management: 5 years (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
