Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction according to company standards

Maintain strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers and factory representatives

Lead, motivate, and coach a team of service sales and technical associates

Manage workloads and scheduling for efficient department operation

Drive business objectives including sales, productivity, and profitability

Support vehicle diagnostics, warranties, services, and repairs as needed

Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements within the service department

Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Proven leadership experience in dealership service management with documented success

Strong focus on customer service and delivering excellent experiences

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

In-depth knowledge of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and dealership service operations

Ability to lead and motivate a team toward high performance

Proficient in computer use and related software

High school diploma required; college degree and ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
