Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Dealership Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the dealership's appearance, assisting with vehicle organization, and providing excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Operate a forklift and assist with parking RV's in parking areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow and safety
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including moving vehicles to designated areas, picking up trash, keeping working areas clean & running errands
- Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled, staged, and ready for customer viewing or test drives
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and guest needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in dealership, hospitality, retail, or delivery driving is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience driving forklift preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for daily shifts and vehicle transfers
