The Automotive Lot Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and service preparation of vehicles on the lot. This role interacts daily with product specialists, service managers, sales staff, support personnel, and customers. The primary goal is to ensure customers are completely satisfied upon delivery of their vehicles.
- Lead yourself and your team in alignment with Horne Mazda’s vision and mission
- Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags before returning vehicles to customers
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages; report issues promptly
- Clean both interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
- Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot; arrange vehicles according to dealership display standards
- Pick up and deliver vehicles from and to storage areas as directed
- Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive
- Assist with building and ground maintenance as needed
- Support shop clean-up and deliveries when necessary
This is a full-time, on-site position with scheduled daily hours. Specific shift details will be provided during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles safely
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to handle machinery safely
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Willingness to comply with safety standards and company policies
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle records review, drug testing, and credit screening
