Responsibilities - BDC Manager:
-
Lead and coach the BDC team to improve customer engagement, appointment setting, and conversion rates

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management to align lead strategies and drive performance

Manage all inbound/outbound communications across phone, internet, and chat platforms

Ensure prompt, professional responses to all leads while maintaining high service standards

Monitor KPIs, optimize lead handling strategies, and improve appointment show rates

Oversee CRM usage for accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting

Train and develop staff to enhance performance and customer communication

Provide regular performance reports to dealership leadership
Qualifications/Requirements:

Leadership experience

Knowledge of CRM systems

3+ years of Automotive BDC experience required; BDC Management experience preferred

Proficient in Eleads

Expertise in training on objection handling, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling

Ability to motivate and train a high-performance sales team

Strong organizational and analytical skills to track department performance

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
