Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant – Performance & Enthusiast Vehicles

Location: Mooresville, NC

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) Saturday (11am-3pm) closing hours may vary based on customer appointments and deliveries.

About Us: Champion Car Company isn't your average neighborhood car lot. We specialize in high-end, custom, modified, and enthusiast builds—from cammed muscle cars and supercharged sports cars to fully built trucks. A massive percentage of our buyers are out-of-state enthusiasts who shop our national digital footprint. We are looking for a sharp, high-energy closer who can build massive value over phone and text, execute virtual live video walkarounds, and guide premium buyers down our sales funnel.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and convert inbound digital leads (phone, text, email, and chat) from nationwide enthusiast buyers.
Execute our digital sales process, pivoting casual text inquiries into committed "Virtual Appointments" (FaceTime tours, phone finance reviews).
Conduct high-energy, technical video walkarounds and live cold-starts highlighting aftermarket modifications.
Guide local walk-in traffic through our premium showroom presentation and demonstration drives.
Maintain absolute database hygiene inside our DealerCenter CRM—ensuring every live deal has a clear next-action task scheduled.

What We’re Looking For:

Car Enthusiast Brain: You need to know what a supercharger, or custom offset wheels are. You must speak the language of car people.
Digital Communication Skills: Exceptional texting, phone, and video presence. You must be comfortable on camera showing off high-end builds.
Pipeline Discipline: Strong organizational skills. If you struggle to log your phone notes or follow up on tasks, this is not the place for you.
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but passion for custom cars and a proven track record of grinding digital sales leads is what wins here.
