The Job

This is a full time, commission based position. Top performers on our team consistently earn over $100k annually.

Here's what makes this different from typical car sales: You own your leads from start to finish. We provide them through internet inquiries, phone calls, and walk ins. You manage them completely. No BDC layer calling your customers. You control the entire sale from initial contact through closing. Our finance team handles the paperwork, but the relationship and the close are yours.

We have a proven sales process that actually works. You're not reinventing the wheel every day or fighting a chaotic system. You learn the process, you execute it, and you earn. That structure gives you confidence and consistency.

What You'll Do

Qualify and greet customers, manage incoming leads, and follow up on your pipeline
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Guide customers through the buying process and close deals
Work closely with our finance team to structure deals that work
Follow our proven sales process consistently
Build relationships and manage follow up for repeat business and referrals
Build and maintain a creative social media presence to connect with customers

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of proven sales experience. Car sales, inside sales, real estate, B2B, or service and hospitality all transfer well
Ability to follow processes and instructions without cutting corners
Professional appearance and demeanor. You represent the dealership
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer objections
Coachable. Willing to learn our process and improve
Reliable. Show up on time, every time, ready to work
