We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests. You'll deliver an exceptional, friendly, and accurate 5-Star experience every time. Our BDC team uses CRM tools, lead management systems, and online platforms to manage inquiries, update customer profiles, and track buying interest. You’ll receive full training on our products, services, inventory, and current incentive programs.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales leads through email, text, and phone using our CRM and other communication tools.
- Partner closely with sales managers and the sales team to turn leads into appointments and appointments into sales.
- Communicate with prospects using their preferred method and follow our proven follow-up process and templates.
- Follow all dealership and BDC department procedures and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, family work environment and build strong working relationships across all departments.
