Key Responsibilities - GSM:
-
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
-
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
-
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives
-
Forecast sales trends and prepare accurate reports

Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, or General Manager in a franchised dealership-
Strong leadership presence and the ability to set a vision the team can rally around

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

High integrity and a reputation for treating customers and employees right
