Job Description:
Lexus of Manchester is looking for a strong Service Manager to lead our fixed operations team.
This role is responsible for driving customer pay growth, team performance, and operational discipline. If you can lead people, hold standards, and improve results, this is a great opportunity. Compensation
$135,000 – $175,000+ per year (salary + performance bonus)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop service advisors and technicians
- Drive CP hours/RO, ELR, and overall service gross
- Ensure consistent use of Xtime (inspections, ASRs, media) Improve inspection %, ASR %, and close rate
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiency Maintain high CSI and customer retention
- Control expenses and drive fixed absorption

- Strong leadership and accountability

- Experience with Xtime and dealership operations preferred
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
