Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven closer who can drive both gross and volume while building a strong team culture.
Expected annual earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+

Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize gross profit
Drive performance across showroom, internet, and phone leads
Monitor and manage key KPIs (closing %, gross per unit, volume)
Partner with F&I to ensure efficient deal flow and funding
Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing sales talent
2+ years Automotive Sales Manager experience REQUIRED
Strong desking, closing, and deal structuring ability
Proven track record of hitting volume and gross targets
Experience with CRM tools and lead management processes
High-energy leader with strong coaching and accountability skills
