Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
- Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, maintenance packages, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and the ability to engage customers confidently both face-to-face and over the phone.

Pay: $1.00 - $200,000.00 per year
