We are looking for a dedicated team member to welcome, support, and assist our loyal customer base. In our busy shop, you won’t just be answering phones you’ll be developing deep relationships and honing specialized industry skills in a high-volume, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Excellence: Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing professional and supportive service.
- Estimating Support: Utilizing CCC One/Management Systems to assist with computerized estimating and file management.
- Office Coordination: Managing a fast-paced workflow using Microsoft Office products and maintaining high organizational standards.
- Decision Making: Using sound judgment to resolve customer inquiries and support the production team.
What You Need to Bring:
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a collision repair or automotive environment is preferred.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in CCC One is a must.
- Computer Literacy: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Reliability: The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
