Mission Tint is a premium automotive enhancement studio specializing in window tint, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF). We are growing and looking to add a motivated team member to help manage client communication and convert inbound inquiries into scheduled jobs.
This is a sales-focused position with performance-based earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Check-in/ Check out clients
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendar
- Educate clients on service options and pricing
- Follow up with pending estimates
- Process payments and maintain organized records
- Maintain a professional front-of-house environment
Qualifications
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
- Organized and detail oriented
- Professional appearance and strong personal presentation
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality
Ideal Candidate Traits (Bonus Qualifications)
- Previous experience in automotive, detailing, tint, or related industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
- Passion for cars and understanding of vehicle upgrades
Compensation
- $18–$22 per hour
