Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Mercedes-Benz of Naples

Compensation: $85,000 – $150,000 annually (performance-based)

Position Overview:

Mercedes-Benz of Naples is seeking a driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This role is the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering a luxury experience while ensuring clear communication and efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a premium experience from arrival to departure

- Accurately document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders

- Provide clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines

- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the service process

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs

- Upsell services and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle needs

- Ensure all work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standards and customer satisfaction

- Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications:

- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (luxury brand experience a plus)

- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
