Responsibilities

Lead and manage the automotive sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and support to maximize performance
Oversee the daily operations at the sales desk, ensuring smooth customer flow and efficient process management
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, B2B outreach, and cold calling strategies
Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and negotiations with prospective clients, emphasizing value and upselling opportunities
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and monitor sales progress
Support inventory management and control efforts to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles
Foster excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and positive public speaking presence

Experience

Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environment with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales environments, especially in high-end or luxury vehicle markets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
Experience managing a sales team or leading a retail sales desk with organizational skills that ensure operational efficiency
Familiarity with CRM software systems for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives
Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and automotive industry best practices
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
