We are looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in maximizing profitability while ensuring a transparent and positive customer experience.

Position Overview:
As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong sales ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Structure and finalize vehicle financing and lease agreements

· Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)

· Work with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers

· Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

· Maintain accurate documentation and deal paperwork

· Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience

· Meet and exceed monthly performance goals

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in F&I required

· Strong knowledge of lending practices, compliance, and dealership operations

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
