Our growing service department is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, estimating repair cost, and advising customer of needed repair
- Dispatch work to the technicians.
- Follow up with the customer on progress.
- Have the ability to multitask.
- Promotes an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
Job Requirements
- Must have previous advisor experience
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
