Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
- Upsell additional products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Experience in outbound sales calling is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
