We are seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and has the leadership skills, drive, and competitive spirit to help take our sales operation to the next level.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our sales management team, you will:
Lead, coach, and motivate sales consultants to maximize performance
Desk new and used vehicle deals
Appraise customer trade-ins
Conduct TOs and assist salespeople in closing opportunities
Structure deals to maximize gross profit while maintaining customer satisfaction
Monitor CRM activity, follow-up, and sales process execution
Train and develop sales staff on objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques
Collaborate with F&I and inventory teams to achieve dealership goals
Drive accountability and create a high-performance sales culture
Aggressively pursue every viable sales opportunity
What We’re Looking For
Previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Professional experience
Strong desking, trade appraisal, and deal structuring skills
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
Excellent leadership and team-development abilities
Strong communication and customer-relations skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Valid driver’s license
