Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Driver/Lot Attendant to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face responsible for managing motorcycle movement, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the appearance of our motorcycles and organization of our parking lot. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a smooth flow of vehicles, a welcoming environment for guests, and efficient lot operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with customer service excellence in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Duties
- Safely operate motorcycles within the lot and assist with deliveries as needed
- Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about parking or vehicle procedures
- Manage PARKER HARLEY-DAVIDSON's parking area, ensuring motorcycles are parked correctly and efficiently to maximize space and safety
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Assist with motorcycle check-in/check-out processes.
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests using strong verbal skills to coordinate motorcycle movements or address concerns
- Support dealership or facility operations by delivering motorcycles between locations or to service areas as directed
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE WITH MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members
- Familiarity with parking and lot management best practices
- Experience as a delivery driver
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout shifts; attention to safety at all times
