Position Overview

Hainen Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Parts & Service Manager to lead and oversee our service and parts departments. This individual will be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, profitability, and ensuring efficient department performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with dealership experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operations of the service and parts departments
Lead, mentor, and develop technicians
Monitor department performance, profitability, and expense control
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Manage inventory control, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with sales and other departments to support dealership goals

Qualifications

Prior experience in automotive service management (Ford dealership experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
