```Duties```
As a BDC Specialist, you will be responsible for daily incoming and out going calls directed at the service department. Your duties will include, but not limited to:

Receive incoming service calls
Help setting performance goals and expectations
Resolving customer complaints or issues regarding scheduling
Collaborating with supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operations
Participating in regular meetings and training sessions with team members to enhance the customer experience
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Completion of all assigned to you to enhance the customer experience

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

BDC knowledge is an absolute plus, you will move to the front of the line.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management position would be a plus
Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts departments
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Retail sales experience with the ability to negotiate and close deals
Service scheduling support experience is required, including assisting sales representatives with customer inquiries or issues, scheduling to the needs of the customer.
Communication with Parts manager for follow up with special ordered items for customers who have to be scheduled or rescheduled
Bilingual in English and is preferred but not required
Proven clear communication skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.40 - $23.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
