What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and deliver a top-tier buying experience
- Identify needs and match customers with the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Follow up on leads using CRM systems and dealership processes
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

- Consistent unit sales performance
- Strong customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- High follow-up and lead conversion rates
