What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, owning the experience from start to finish.
- Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional service experience
- Take full ownership of each customer’s service visit, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
- Act as a concierge for customer needs, both in person and over the phone
- Explain vehicle conditions, repair recommendations, warranties, and service timelines in a clear, confident way
- Assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinate parts and tools as needed
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Maintain customer satisfaction and happiness scores at or above company standards
- Reinforce company policies while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Build strong relationships with technicians, management, and factory partners
- Contribute positively to team culture and overall dealership success
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer (franchise dealership or independent shop)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident explaining technical information to non-technical customers
- Proven record of customer satisfaction and service or sales success
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
