Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups using CRM software to maximize sales efficiency.
- Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs, including upselling premium options.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and financing options confidently to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives.
- Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management processes to ensure availability of popular models and accessories.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to boost dealership visibility.
- Collaborate with sales management and support teams to achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of retail math accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads, customer data, and sales pipeline activities.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities, to present vehicle features confidently.
- Experience with inventory management, retail math, and inventory control processes.
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and upselling strategies.

Pay: $53,724.92 - $64,700.98 per year
