Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in sales—no prior dental experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Explain treatment plans in a clear and simple way (we will train you!)
- Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment
- Discuss pricing, payment options, and insurance in an easy-to-understand way
- Support patients throughout their decision-making process
- Follow up with patients and answer questions
- Work closely with our dental team to create a smooth, positive experience
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong people skills
- Comfortable talking about pricing and helping patients make decisions
- Organized and reliable
- Sales experience is helpful, but not required—we are willing to train!
- No dental experience needed
