Supervisory Responsibilities:
- The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service team of 25, including 5 advisors, 11 technicians, 3 drivers, 2 lot attendants, 2 parts managers, 1 shop foreman, 1 warranty manager.
- Hires and trains client facing Service staff
- Motivates and encourages the daily workflow and schedules of front-end service staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of assigned employees in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates tasks and activities of company’s client facing service staff.
- Ensures outstanding experience for our clients
- Oversees and assists in maintaining efficient and effective communication between our team and our clients.
- Works with the team to meet and exceed monthly objectives.
- Ensures applicable safety standards and regulations are followed in the facility.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Powersports or Automotive experience preferred, in dealership service management experience is required.
- Five years as an assistant service manager or a highly successful service advisor.
- Must be able to provide industry leading CSI scores and performance metrics..
