Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/inventory clerk to join our Mazda team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by managing the vehicle lot, assisting customers, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the vehicle lot, ensuring all cars are parked in designated areas.
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles and provide information about available services.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and condition.
- Manage the flow of vehicles during peak hours, including coordinating valet parking when necessary.
- Support delivery drivers by preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring timely departures.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to enhance customer experiences and address any concerns.
Skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Experience in valet parking or hospitality is advantageous.
- Familiarity with guest services principles to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is beneficial.
