Business Development Director - Trade Up Program
We're seeking elite talent to join our high-performance sales team as a Retail Sales Director. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to head up our Subaru Trade Up Program. Your primarily responsibilities will be sourcing Service Customers and our internal databases to present targeted offers to customers. This will be an exciting performance based role that will be rewarded based on your ability to create sales activity through customer trade ins and used car acquistions.

Ideal Candidate
- 2 years sales or BDC experience at a franchised dealerships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Assertive and confident
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task
- Self Motivated and High Energy
- Great communicator
- Requires little need for direction
- Experience with eleads or DriveCentric a plus
- Experience with Subaru a plus
- Requires Valid Sales license
