We are a unique business and we will offer unique on the job training but an automotive background and understanding of automobiles helps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle wheel maintenance, repair services, and custom options.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their vehicles wheels.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate service writing and timely repairs.
- Utilize knowledge of wheel repair and refinishing, to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing orders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive repair/service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry
- Familiarity with auto service management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
