In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
Utilize outside sales techniques to attract potential buyers through networking and outreach efforts.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and follow up effectively.
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
Demonstrate high-end sales techniques, including upselling additional products and services.
Provide inventory management support by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory control.
Deliver public presentations on vehicle features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote dealership offerings.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients over the phone or in person.

Requirements

Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership setting.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales experience.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of retail math principles to assist in pricing strategies and financial discussions with customers.
Ability to engage in public speaking when presenting vehicles or promotions to potential buyers.
