Executive Leadership Opportunity
FASTOYS LLC is a high-performance powersports dealership in Northwest Montana representing premier brands including Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Beta, and Arctic Cat. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the dealership through its next phase of operational growth and performance optimization.
This role is designed for a proven operator — someone who has successfully led multi-department dealership operations, and understands the drivers of profitability, and builds disciplined, accountable teams that execute at a high level.
The Opportunity
- Full operational leadership of Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts
- Direct ownership of P&L performance, inventory strategy, and departmental alignment
- Authority to refine processes, elevate standards, and build a high-performance culture
- Partnership with ownership focused on long-term growth and operational excellence
The Candidate
- Demonstrated success as a General Manager or senior leader in powersports, automotive
- Strong command of dealership financials, inventory turn, and gross profit performance
- Track record of building teams, improving accountability, and driving measurable results
- Decisive, disciplined, and execution-focused leadership style
