Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Utilize outside sales techniques to attract potential buyers through networking and outreach efforts.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and follow up effectively.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate high-end sales techniques, including upselling additional products and services.
- Provide inventory management support by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory control.
- Deliver public presentations on vehicle features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote dealership offerings.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients over the phone or in person.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales experience.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retail math principles to assist in pricing strategies and financial discussions with customers.
- Ability to engage in public speaking when presenting vehicles or promotions to potential buyers.
