Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide courteous, professional service
- Ensure customers receive timely and effective service throughout their visit
- Prioritize required services and provide repair/service options when requested
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service costs, and any changes
- Provide accurate estimates for recommended services and repairs
- Maintain a positive customer experience from check‑in through vehicle pickup
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle maintenance, warranties, and repairs
- Interview customers to obtain information regarding vehicle concerns
- Work with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Ensure daily technician time is fully scheduled and sold
- Maintain Service Experience Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards
- Utilize company scheduling system to support appointment coordinators
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Support dealership goals and assist with additional assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Quick Lube, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or dealership service department preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional and well‑groomed appearance
- Team‑oriented and self‑motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong customer satisfaction focus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Leadership potential and desire for career growth
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
