Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dealership Parts Manager to lead our parts department with enthusiasm and precision. In this role you will oversee inventory, maintain relationships with suppliers and assist customers at the parts counter. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping & receiving activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers and other vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership parts management or a similar automotive/agriculture supply chain role with a strong understanding of automotive/agriculture diagnostics, repair processes, and OEM parts sourcing preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive/agricultural repair, auto body work, HVAC systems, or manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, and equipment repair is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, inventory control, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
