The dealership is located in New Bern, NC, a coastal city ranked by Southern Living as one of the Top 10 Towns in the South. Our location offers great cost of living, beautiful river views and easy water access for boating, a vibrant historic downtown, great schools, and mild year-round weather. We are 45 minutes from the beach, and 2 hours from Raleigh/Wilmington. We have a commercial airport located 5 minutes from the dealership.

Our Store

The Technical Team: 7 technicians across 7 lifts + an alignment rack, plus space for additional lifts
The Drive: Two senior advisors and a dedicated shop dispatcher
Support Team: Virtual BDC and an outsourced warranty processing company
Parts Department: Experienced Parts Manager and Parts Assistant
Schedule: CLOSED on weekends. Be home for dinner during the week and spend the weekends with your family.

What You’ll Do:

Lead from the Front: You are the face of the department. You’ll be on the drive, talking to customers, and ensuring the Genesis luxury experience is met every time.
Drive Technology: 100% TruVideo eMPI usage. We believe in "Show, Don't Tell."
Master the DMS: You must be a CDK pro—managing Op Codes, maintaining pricing grids, and ensuring shop flow is seamless.
Develop Talent: Nurture our technicians and advisors to help them reach their next level of certification and earning potential.

Who You Are:

Management History: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Service Management or Service Director role at a franchised dealership.
Brand Experience: Previous experience with Hyundai or Genesis is a major plus, but high-line/luxury experience (Lexus, BMW, Audi) is equally valued for the Genesis side of the business.
Track Record: Proven ability to maintain high CSI/CSE scores and grow shop throughput (Labor Hours per RO).

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
