This is a full-time role, with a 100% commission pay range of $50,000 to $150,000 per year. The expected work schedule is eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Weekly and daily schedules can vary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Determine customer needs and preferences by asking probing questions and listening actively.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, highlighting features and benefits.
- Present pricing, financing, and leasing options to customers, explaining terms and conditions.
- Negotiate sales prices and trade-in values to achieve mutually agreeable terms.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current vehicle inventory, features, and specifications.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Collaborate with sales managers and other team members to achieve overall dealership objectives.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Proven track record in automotive sales or a related sales field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and technologies.
