Job Description
Are you an expert at closing deals that others can’t get done? SuperAutos Miami is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager / Closer who specializes in the Sub-Prime market.In this role, you are the powerhouse of the sales floor. Your primary focus is to assist our Sales Advisors by stepping into deals, overcoming objections, and ensuring every customer leaves with a vehicle. We have a dedicated Finance Manager to handle lender portals and approvals—we need you to focus on the "desk," the negotiation, and the close.
Responsibilities
- The Ultimate Closer: Step into active negotiations to assist Sales Advisors in closing deals and maximizing floor productivity.
- Sub-Prime Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of sub-prime customer needs and objections to move deals forward effectively.
- Deal Structuring: "Desk" deals for the sales team, ensuring they are properly qualified before moving to the Finance Department.
- Team Leadership: Actively manage the sales floor, providing real-time coaching and motivation to our Sales Advisors.
- Process Management: Ensure a seamless hand-off from the sales floor to the Finance Manager with accurate deal information.
Requirements
- Specific Experience: Previous leadership or "Closer" experience in a Used Car Dealership is required.
- Sub-Prime Specialist: Must have a proven track record of successfully managing and closing deals within the Sub-Prime market.
- Bilingual: Full fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Skillset: Exceptional negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to command a sales floor.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One day off per week (Sunday)
Compensation
This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. This role is built for a high-achiever who prefers the uncapped earning potential of a results-based pay plan over a base salary.
- Annual Earnings Range: $72,000 – $150,000
