$180,000 – $240,000+ based on experience

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing Chrysler Service Manager to lead operations at a one point store. This is a high-income leadership opportunity for a driven service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build a profitable, customer-focused service department.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can take full ownership of a single-location operation, drive performance, and elevate both team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

4+ years automotive service technical experience
5+ years Service Manager or Service Advisor leadership experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing service operations in a dealership environment
CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience preferred
Body Shop experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operations of the service department for maximum profitability and efficiency
Forecast departmental goals and execute strategies to achieve them
Manage staffing including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Build and maintain a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
Monitor and improve service KPIs including:
- Repair order trends
- Technician productivity and efficiency
- Sales per repair order
- Warranty performance and comeback rates
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Work closely with manufacturer representatives and stay current on Chrysler policies and warranty procedures
Maintain department budgets and cost controls
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff
