Speedway Subaru Volkswagen is hiring a Sales Consultant / Automotive Sales Representative in Indianapolis.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in showroom customers
- Handle inbound phone inquiries
- Work approximately 200+ internet leads per month alongside our BDC team
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Follow up using CRM tools
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Guide customers through the purchase process professionally and ethically
You will not be standing around waiting for traffic. You will have consistent opportunities from walk-ins, phone ups, and high-volume digital leads.
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred (retail or luxury sales experience also considered)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Coachable and open to training
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
Subaru or Volkswagen product knowledge is a plus — but not required.
