Service Advisor – Luxury Automotive (Land Rover Allentown)

At Land Rover Allentown, we are continuing to build a team that delivers a premium ownership experience from start to finish. As our business grows, we are adding an experienced Service Advisor to elevate the level of care and communication our customers expect from a luxury brand.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a seasoned professional who understands how to manage a high-end client experience while staying organized and in control of a busy service drive.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery
- Clearly communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, and timelines
- Build trust through consistent follow-up and transparent communication
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage multiple repair orders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver a high-end, concierge-style experience that reflects a luxury brand
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of Service Advisor experience (required)
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a luxury or high-line dealership preferred
- Open to strong advisors from non-luxury brands ready to step into a premium environment
- Professional, composed, and customer-focused under pressure
- Familiarity with dealership systems and repair order processes
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and Xtime is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
