What You’ll Own
- Take every customer from “interested” to “approved” with confidence and clarity
- Present finance and protection products with authority, transparency, and compliance
- Build powerful relationships with lenders to secure the best approvals and fastest turnarounds
- Drive F&I profitability through service contracts, GAP, and protection products
- Ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and ready to fund
- Partner with the sales team to streamline the process and maximize PVR
- Track performance, crush goals, and constantly push for higher results
What You Bring
- Proven success in automotive finance or F&I management
- Strong lender knowledge and the ability to structure deals creatively
- Elite communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deals at once
- A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and customer‑first service
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
- AFIP certification or advanced F&I training
- History of beating benchmarks in product penetration and PVR
- Strong lender network and industry relationships
