We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent customer service skills, who wants to grow with a strong and reputable organization. We need an outgoing and efficient individual to receive customer calls with requests for service and work with the customers to determine the service needed and handle the transaction to its conclusion delivering the best in class service to our important customers. This position assists on our Zanesville parts & rental counter. Be a part of this great team! Qualified candidates have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service, (preferably in an industrial setting), good computer and excellent communication skills.
