We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of parts, logistics, and project coordination to keep everything running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Shop Parts & Logistics Manager plays a critical role in keeping our builds and operations on track. This person will manage parts ordering/returns, oversee project timelines, coordinate logistics, and ensure our fleet and equipment are always ready to go.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to stay on top of multiple moving pieces at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Order parts for builds, maintenance, and shop needs
- Manage and process part returns, warranties, and exchanges
- Keep shop employees on track with current projects and deadlines
- Oversee fleet vehicles and trailers, ensuring they are maintained and ready at all times
- Track build progress, timelines, and overall project status
- Monitor and track project costs and budgets
- Coordinate travel logistics (vehicle pickups, deliveries, transport scheduling)
- Maintain organization of parts, inventory, and shop systems
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with automotive parts, builds, or shop environments (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
- Experience with logistics, inventory, or fleet management is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, order tracking systems)
