Vance Auto Group is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department and help drive operational success. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who understands inventory management, team development, customer service, and dealership operations.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory levels, stock orders, special orders, and returns
- Ensure technicians and customers receive parts quickly and accurately
- Hire, train, coach, and develop parts department staff
- Create schedules and manage team productivity
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Maintain strong vendor and manufacturer relationships
- Monitor department performance, gross profit, and expenses
- Keep the department clean, organized, and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Parts Manager experience required
- Automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Inventory control and ordering experience
- Computer proficiency (DMS experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required
